Wi-Fi was very poor.

I was pleasantly surprised by Star Inn Hotel Premium. The location was ideal, with the university and city center within walking distance. The hotel itself was even more beautiful than I expected, both inside and out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and uniquely designed. My daughter absolutely loved it! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic. The only minor negatives were the parking fees and the traffic noise when staying in a balcony room. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Graz.

I didn t have time to analize anything because all i needed in this trip was a place to stay overnight. And for this everything was O.K.

It s not the case.

When we arrive we get a group of noisy people nearby our room. Staff was very prompt to change our room, and them everything was ok. The hotel have a quiet location and it´s nearby a garden.The location is not excelent. its near by the center town, but only if you have a car.

Hip new hotel located in a peaceful neighborhood of Graz. Well-designed rooms with modern amenities such as satellite TV, climate control, and a laptop-friendly safe. - the staff is knowledgeable and efficient. - Enjoyed a good breakfast during the stay.

The room was spacious and the bed very confortable. The staff was very kind and spoke a very good English. Free wifi. The quality and variety of food for breakfast was very good. A garage is available for guests. The city center is 20-30 minutes away (if you walk fast) and the Stadthalle is about 10-15 minutes walk.

The location is not very scenic (but fine for a business meeting). The wireless network was not very reliable.

The rooms were big and pleasant, the breakfast were excellent.

The way they invoice is different from the way they quote.

The modern room was clean and had a large bed. Coffee and a kettle were available for use. The hotel is conveniently located just off the city center, near Stadtpark and the cozy Biergarten Café Schillerhof at Schillerplatz.

Great location, with easy access to the city center. Spacious and well-maintained rooms with basic amenities. Free parking across the street.

Pathetic wireless internet at night, especially during busy periods. A bit far from the city center, around a 15-minute walk.

Clean and nice design room.

Expensive brekfast, no coffee facilities in the room. Location: A little bit far from centre to walk, but good public transportation; near to a cemetery and just a few rooms without cemetery view (when you make the reservetion, specify that you want no cemetery view).

15min walk to city-center; possibility to park car for free just around the corner (no charges in surrounding short-term parking zone and plenty of free parking lots during the weekend)

Excellent value for money, big clean room, functional air conditioning, friendly staff, convenient location near city center and tramway routes.
